Lagan
Lagan produce bank call centre specific call centre software, covering Agent, IVR and Internet,

Rockwell Transcend
This is a new product from Rockwell (who make decent ACD's). It is call management software, NT based, for organisations with 8 to 80 positions. Seems to be in the early stages, if anyone has it, please give me some feedback.
