IVR in the financial industry used to be the domain of specialised manufacturers, such as Syntellect and Periphonics. The advent of the reliable PC card products from companies such as Dialogic has resulted in an explosion of small companies and consultancies building products based on PC technology. There are literally dozens of them, and I haven't (so far) researched them all. This section is, therefore restricted at present to the 'traditional' IVR manufacturers and the main PC card manufacturers. I'll include others if a) they have banking & financial specific products b) they draw my attention to it or c) I come across a major bank using them or d) they do something I think is interesting.

Swift Call
Australian Swift Call have been in business since 1989, and provide IVR solutions to over 150 Australian financial institutions. The product is PC and Dialogic card based.
